48 Hour Film Project

What do you get when you put over 10 people, creativity, collaboration, and hard work together? On October 17th, 2014, those individual things added up to a short film entry for the 48 Hour Horror Film Project.

We filmed from 7 pm on Friday night until 12 pm the following day. Everyone ran on pizza, donuts, coffee, and adrenaline.

I was honored to have met so many wonderful people who are just as passionate about the film industry as me.

We pulled the ghost genre so I created a demonic, terrifying ghost on Richard, who's main goal was to frighten our main character, played by James Hlloway.

Check out James in this behind-the-scenes shot. He took a "spill" on the front step in the film and this is the aftermath. He was such a team player and an incredibly hard worker. This kid's going places!

This was my first 48 Hour Film Project experience and I don't think it could have gone any better. Lance and James, the Director and DP, were fantastic at making everyone go the extra mile to get the job done.

Fun was had, sleep was lost, and memories were made. I'm looking forward to next year. We have our eye on 1st place already!
